If your joints hurt or are beginning to deform, simply remove salt from your diet for a month. After a month, check the results.
If your joints stopped hurting or began to hurt less, continue the salt-free diet until they are completely back to normal.
If they are completely back to a healthy state, you can return partially salt in your diet. But consume it 5 times less than you are used to.
Avoid foods with salt - salted pickles, herring, store-bought sausages and burgers, etc.
Use only sea salt.
If after a month of a salt-free diet there has been no change and your joints are still sore and deformed, remove coffee from your diet. Drink water more than usual by 30 per cent. But mineral water, especially with gases - completely remove from the diet. Such a diet will restore the joint tissues and return them to their original form and flexibility.
Be healthy!
