Getting a meal plan

The plan will be developed based on my years of experience and study of various food systems, calorie and nutrient composition, as well as the experience of several nutritionists, nutritionists and physicians who have participated in the creation of proper diet programs that I use in my work.

Receive coaching support

I will guide you through your chosen program of transition to a beautiful and healthy body. I will monitor your weight loss, make exercise recommendations, add or subtract foods to your menu, and adjust your nutrition plan to fit your body and lifestyle.

You lose weight correctly, without gaining weight in the future

In my programs on the transition to proper nutrition, I devote a lot of time to changing your eating habits. We will adjust the time of meals, the amount and composition of food taken, we will track the moments of breakdowns and "gluttony", learn the right combination of products and eat them in the right order. In general, we will work on changing your eating habits, which will help you to lose weight correctly and not gain weight in the future.
