Cheesy gazpacho soup with sesame and chia seeds

Rawfood soups, especially in the summer, are the quickest, tastiest and healthiest thing you can treat yourself to. For example, Spanish gazpacho. It's based on tomatoes, spices, and vegetable oil mixed in a blender to make a smoothie. But what if we added a little imagination to that base...

A tablespoon of chia seeds and a tablespoon of sesame seeds mix and pour a glass of cold drinking water. In the same mixture, you can add a pinch of zira (cumin). Leave it for 3-4 hours. Swollen chia seeds and sesame seeds we pour into a blender, add one large tomato (2-3 small). Season with your favorite spices, a little salt, add a teaspoon of your favorite vegetable oil (olive, milk thistle, flax, sunflower, etc.). Whip it all with a blender for 10-20 seconds. Pour the soup into a bowl, garnish the top with chopped basil (parsley, dill, etc.). Cheese lovers can add chopped Roquefort (Parmesan, bryndza, feta) on top of the soup. Bon appetit!
